Unspent balances
Requests relating to unspent account balances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to platform processing rules, applicable fees and the terms of your agreement.
Spent advertising budget
Budget already delivered by an advertising platform is not recoverable by Scalinfinity, as those funds are consumed by the platform.
