These terms govern use of the Scalinfinity website and the services described on it. Specific commercial terms are set out in your individual service agreement.
Service description
Scalinfinity provides agency advertising infrastructure, including account access, funding workflows, compliance support and account management for qualified advertising businesses.
Eligibility and review
Access is subject to business and compliance review. Scalinfinity may decline or discontinue service for any business model, vertical or advertising activity that does not meet its requirements or platform policies.
Advertiser responsibilities
Advertisers remain responsible for their campaigns, creative, landing experiences, claims and compliance with all applicable advertising platform policies and laws.
No guarantee of platform outcomes
Advertising platforms control enforcement, review and approval decisions. Scalinfinity does not guarantee account approval, uninterrupted account availability or specific advertising performance.
